Why Do We Always Think The Worst?
What exactly is catastrophising? Today's juicy episode explains this mindstate and why we automatically give into the worst case scenario.
I share some of the examples from my life when this has been really present for me and how I have moved through it. I also share some tangible tools and tips to help you with this mindset and give yourself grace and compassion when this inevitably shows up.
