Answer "what is important to you?" in each life category area below.
Answer "what are your life philosophies?" 
What are your values? Can you see any common themes from doing these exercises? (E.g. the word adventure has popped up a lot, or community)
Check that you are meeting Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs (especially the bottom tier, e.g. sleep & nutrition). What do you need to work on to get to the top of the pyramid? 
What in your life needs to shift so you can live in alignment with your values? (check in on each life category area).
